Resignation of CEO
 
Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia and Vietnam, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces the resignation of Chan Say Yeong as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with effect from 17 January 2020. Mr. Chan is not a member of the Board.  Following this, his responsibilities will be assumed by the Chairman and the Board.
 
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Say Yeong for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
