Transfer of Shares
The Company was notified on 3 November 2015 that on 2 November 2015 Legacy Essence Limited ("Legacy"), a substantial shareholder, transferred 7,817,275 ordinary shares of USD0.05 per share ("Ordinary Shares") to related parties of Ireka Corporation Berhad ("Ireka").
Following the transfer, Legacy holds 31,269,102 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.75% of the Company's total issued share capital. 
The related parties of Ireka to which these shares have been transferred fall below the notifiable threshold under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
