Lifting of Suspension

 

Aseana (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia listed on the main market
of the London Stock Exchange, is pleased to announce that, following the
publication of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December
2024 and subsequent upload to the National Storage Mechanism, the Company has
requested the restoration of the listing of its ordinary shares of US$0.05
("Ordinary Shares") on the Official List Equity Shares (transition) category
of the Financial Conduct Authority.

 

The restoration of the Ordinary Shares is expected to take place today, at
7:30am on 29 May 2025.
