** Co posts FY pretax profit of £126.9 mln ($171.49 million), below company-compiled estimate of £128.2 million
** However, FY assets under management climbs 13% to $54.0 bln helped by emerging markets growth
** As of last close, ASHM up ~23.7% YTD
