Delisting of the GDRs of the Company from London Stock Exchange - Proposal
This is to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 5, 2016 the proposal to delist the GDRs of the Company from the London Stock Exchange Limited had been approved by the Board of Directors, subject to compliance of various formalities required in this regard.
The underlying shares arising out of GDRs are listed with BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
