biggest intraday pct gain since Oct. 8
    ** Construction co gets project worth 11.27 bln rupees ($134
mln) from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation to build a flyover
in Mumbai
    ** ABDL rated "buy" on avg, same as peer Dilip Buildcon
 DIBL.NS ; median PT on ABDL is 247 rupees - LSEG
    ** Stock last up 2.4%
    ** ABDL up 85% YTD vs 34% rise in DIBL
