Ashtead Technology (AIM: AT.), the international subsea equipment rental and
solutions specialist, announces that on 14 December 2022 Tony Durrant,
Non-Executive Director, notified the Company that on the same day he purchased
10000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 317p per
share. Following the purchase, Tony Durrant's holding in the company is 10000
shares representing 0.01% of the Company's total issued share capital.
