Director Share Purchases

 

Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (AIM: AT.), a leading provider of subsea
technology solutions to the global offshore energy sector announces, further
to the announcement made on 27 August 2025, that Ms Kristin Færøvik,
Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased a further 2,250 Ordinary
shares in the capital of the Company.

 

Ms Færøvik purchased 1,765 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of
£3.60931 and 485 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of £3.69.

 

Following these purchases of shares  Ms Færøvik holds a total of 6,966
Ordinary shares in the Company, amounting to 0.009% of the current issued
share capital.
