Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (AT.), a leading subsea technology solutions
provider to the global offshore energy sector, announces that Mr Tony Durrant,
Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 30,000 Ordinary
Shares in the capital of the Company.

 

Mr Durrant purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each at a price of
£3.05633.

 

Following this purchase, Mr Durrant holds a total of 40,000 Ordinary Shares in
the Company, amounting to 0.0496% of the current issued share capital.
