 * Gc pro ser-memorandum of understanding in relation to a proposed acquisition 
 * Unit has entered into the new mou with the vendor 
 * Says refundable deposit in the amount of HK$5 million has been paid by the 
   purchaser to the vendor 
 * Deposit and interest accrued thereon shall be used to satisfy part payment of 
   the consideration of proposed acquisition
