** Shares of Asian Energy Services  ASIE.NS  rise as much as
5% to 131.35 rupees, its largest intraday pct gain since March
22
    ** Co said on Monday that it will consider raising funds via
the issue of shares or securities or convertible warrants on a
preferential basis
    ** Board meeting to consider fundraise on June 30
    ** Stock on track to rise for second straight session, if
gains hold
    ** Nearly 53,000 shares change hands as of 11:21am IST, half
the 30-day moving average
    ** Stock up 80.2% from last year
