Dec 1 (Reuters) - Asian Micro Holdings Ltd  AMHL.SI : 
 * Says renewal of contract 
 * Rolls-Royce has decided to extend the contract for an additional 15 months from 1 January 2016 to 31 March 2017 to AMNGV 
 * Says unit has been awarded the renewal of a contract signed in December 2010 
 * The total order amount of the contract from rolls- royce is estimated to be S$3m, excluding the option period 
 * Transaction is expected to have slight positive impact on the earnings of group for financial year ending 30 June 2016
