    India's Reliance Industries sells $901 million stake in Asian Paints

    BENGALURU, June 12 (Reuters) - India's Reliance Industries RELI.NS said on Thursday that it sold a stake worth 77.04 billion rupees ($900.8 million) in Asian Paints ASPN.NS.

The oil-to-telecom conglomerate said it sold 35 million shares in Asian Paints at a price of 2,201 rupees per share.
