Nov 4 (Reuters) - AsiaPhos Limited  ASIP.SI   
    * Unit entered into a non-binding MOU with Mianyang Aostar 
Phosphorus Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. 
    * Mianyang aostar  may purchase approximately 20,000 tonnes 
of phosphate rocks and up to 100,000 tonnes of phosphate rocks 
    * Mianyang Aostar And Mianzhu Norwest intend to cooperate on 
exploring purchase of electricity by mianzhu norwest at 
preferential rates 
    * signing of mou not expected to have material impact on net 
tangible assets for current financial year ending 31 december 
2016 
    * unit entered into a non-binding mou with mianyang aostar 
phosphorus chemical industry co., ltd.
