Mianzhu City Environmental Protection Bureau 
    * Notices require units to submit plans on water and soil 
conservation in relation to mining operations on mine 2 and Feng 
Tai Mine for approval 
    * Mianzhu Norwest had received a notice dated 26 June 2017 
from Mianzhu Forestry Bureau 
    * Notice requiring Mianzhu to vacate relevant portion of 
land within mine 2
