Aug 12 (Reuters) - Asiatic Group (Holdings) Ltd  ATIC.SI : 
 * Entry into a memorandum of understanding)  ATIC.SI  
 * Entry into a memorandum of understanding with Bamboo Capital Jsc to jointly 
   develop solar farms in Vietnam 
 * Mou is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share or 
   the net tangible assets per share of the group 
 * Ays pursuant to mou, bcg will seek to procure necessary financing, land, 
   approvals, licenses and permits for power plants and power business and 
   liaise 
 * Parties in due course enter into definitive jv or shareholders' agreement to 
   govern their respective rights and obligations
