Brief: Asiatic Group Holdings updates on legal proceedings

April 26 (Reuters) - Asiatic Group (Holdings) Ltd  ATIC.SI : 
 
 * Proceedings have been commenced on basis of two advisory agreements entered 
into between each of Claimant and CEHV in 2012 
 * Ang Teck Foo and Dinh Van Ha have initiated arbitration proceedings against 
Colben Energy Holdings (Vietnam) 
 * Under agreements Ang and Ha allege they are owed sums of US$108,000 and 
US$300,000 respectively 
 * Cehv denies each of the alleged claims and intends to vigorously defend the 
proceedings" 
 * Cehv may also in due course be making counterclaims against ang and ha
