Further investment into Audioboom
The Company announces that it has participated in the recent placing by Audioboom Group plc ("Audioboom"), one of its five investee companies. The investment is for a further 1,840,000 ordinary shares at 2.5p equating to 46,260. These shares bring the Company's total shareholding in Audioboom to 5,340,000 ordinary shares, and thereby reduces the blended price of YOLO's investment in Audioboom. 
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
