** Auto components maker enters into partnership with Japan's Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki to manufacture high pressure diecast alloy wheels for two-wheelers

** ASKA will pay one-time initial royalty, running royalty as per agreement

** More than 211,000 shares traded, near the 30-day moving avg

** YTD, stock down 28.4%
