** ASK Automotive ASKA.NS rises as much as 5% to 526 rupees; on track to gain for seventh straight session

** Auto components maker approves entering JV with T.D. Holding GMBH to manufacture, market, sell sunroof control cables and/or helix cables for passenger vehicles

** Says it has 49% shareholding in JV co and will infuse funds up to 24.5 mln rupees ($285,340) in JV

** More than 402,000 shares traded vs 30-day moving avg of 253,221

** ASKA last up 4.2%, taking YTD gains to 5.3%
