Brief: Green S.r.l sold 5.52 pct stake in ASM Group

Nov 18 (Reuters) - ASM Group SA  ASMG.WA : 
    * Reported on Monday it obtained information from 
Italy-based Green S.r.l that it sold 3,260,000 shares or 5.52 
pct stake in the company in privately negotiated transacation, 
on April 8, 2014 
    * Following transaction Green S.r.l decreased its stake in 
the company to 3.44 pct from 8.96 pct
