       Oct 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Monday:

        ** B. Riley  RILY.O  has agreed to sell its appraisal
and valuation services unit, Great American, to asset manager
Oaktree Capital in a $386 million deal that would help pare its
debt and bolster the balance sheet, the investment bank said.

        ** H Lundbeck A/S  HLUNb.CO  has agreed to buy Longboard
Pharmaceuticals  LBPH.O  in a $2.6 billion deal to gain access
to its potential blockbuster epilepsy drug, sending shares of
the U.S.-based company up 43.9% in premarket trading.

advanced talks" to buy the 70% stake it does not already own in

offer for the remaining stake it does not already own in

    ** Singapore will block a bid by German insurer Allianz
 ALVG.DE  to buy a majority stake in Singapore's Income
Insurance but remains open to a new deal if its concerns can be
addressed, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said in a Facebook post.

with advisers to evaluate Frasers'  FRAS.L  sweetened 111
