HK-listed ASPMT gets bid from independent third-party to go private

Oct 14 (Reuters) - Hong Kong-listed ASMPT  0522.HK  said
on Monday that it has received a non-binding, preliminary
take-private bid from an independent third-party.
    It did not provide any details on the parties or financial
details of the bid.
