Change of Company Registrar

 

ASOS Plc announces that with effect from today, 2 February 2026, the Company
has transferred the management of its share register from MUFG Corporate
Markets to Equiniti Limited ("Equiniti"). A notification will be sent to
shareholders advising of this change with details of how to register for
online access to their shareholdings.
