Director's Shareholding
ASOS Plc ("the Company") announces that Andrew Magowan, the Company Secretary of the Company,purchased 100 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 October 2014 at an average price of 2189.68 pence per Ordinary Share through his Self-Investment Pension Plan (SIPP). 
Following this transaction, Mr Magowan holds 100 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which are held through his SIPP.
