Director/PDMR Shareholding
ASOS Plc ("the Company") announces that Nicholas Robertson, Chief Executive Officer,sold 744,600 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 January 2015 at an average price of 2716.4855 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Robertson holds 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 8.39% of the Company's issued share capital.
