ASOS Plc ("the Company") was notified on 21 January 2016 that Nicholas Robertson, Non-Executive Director, sold 198,586 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 2,915.504 pence per Ordinary Share over the course of 20 January and 21 January 2016.
Following this transaction, Mr Robertson holds 6,801,414 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 8.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
