ASOS Plc ("the Company") was notified on 25 January 2017 that Nicholas Robertson, Non-Executive Director, sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5,175.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 25 January 2017. 
Following this transaction, Mr Robertson holds 5,196,414 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 6.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
