Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company announces that 10,159 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") granted
under the ASOS plc Long Term Incentive Scheme ("ALTIS") to José Antonio Ramos
Calamonte on 14 January 2022 vested on 31 May 2023. The RSUs were not subject
to performance conditions but were subject to continuous employment and vested
in full. 4,787 shares were sold to cover taxes and fees as set out below:
