    ** ASPI says short-seller Fuzzy Panda's report on co
contains  incomplete and inaccurate information, and misleading
conclusions
    ** Short-seller had alleged in November that the advanced
materials firm uses "failed tech from 20 years ago and indulges
in paid stock promotion"
    ** Co says it does not purport to respond to all of Fuzzy
Panda's assertions
    ** Including the session's gains, stock has more than
doubled YTD
