Wall Street was set for a subdued open on Friday as investors digested mixed
results from big banks, while slightly hotter-than-expected producer price
numbers reined in bets that the Federal Reserve would begin easing interest
rates in September.  .N 
    
    At 9:04 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.18% at 40,163. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.07% at 5,643.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down 0.02%
at 20,437.75.
