Finance Plc announces that Paul Donovan has informed the Board of his decision
to step down as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 01 Sep 2025.
Paul has been on the Arqiva board since 2018, also serving as Chief Executive
Officer from 2020 to 2022. During his tenure as CEO, he played a pivotal role
in leading the company through a significant period of transformation.
Patrick Tillieux, Chair Arqiva Board said 'The Board would like to express its
sincere thanks to Paul for his outstanding contribution to the company over
many years, both as CEO and as a valued member of the Board. His leadership,
insight, and commitment have been instrumental in shaping the company's
direction and success. I know Paul is looking forward to spending more time on

future.'
