June 27 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
OVHCLOUD  OVH.PA 
    OVH reported a rise in third-quarter sales on Thursday, with
the group indicating that this result was driven by good growth
in sovereign offerings, particularly in the public sector.
    
SAINT-GOBAIN  SGOB.PA 
    Saint-Gobain announced on Thursday that it had signed a
definitive agreement to acquire FOSROC group for an estimated
960 million euros.
    
    
Euroapi  EAPI.PA 
    Euroapi said on Wednesday it was moving forward with its
FOCUS-27 plan, seeing a decrease in 2024 net sales of between 8%
and 11% compared to 2023, but targeting 75 million to 80 million
euros annual run-rate incremental core EBITDA by end of 2027.
    
ASR  ASRNL.AS 
    Dutch insurer ASR Nederland raised its 2024-2026 financial
targets on Thursday on the back of its sale of Knab and the
successful integration of Aegon Nederland bought in 2022
    
Proximus NV PROX.BR:
    Proximus said it has signed a new strategic partnership with
Microsoft  MSFT.O  for collaboration on digital communications
and cloud.
