May 23 (Reuters) - NPT Ltd  NPT.NZ : 
 
 * FY net profit after taxation up 31.5% 
 * Cash dividend maintained at 3.50 cps for the full year ended 31 March 2016 
 * Looking ahead to the FY 2017 year, the directors are expecting to pay a cash dividend of 3.60 cps 
 * Management expense ratio is expected to significantly reduce in FY 2017.
