 APL.NZ  falls as much as 2.6% to NZ$0.375
    ** Company posts FY net loss after tax of NZ$14.69 mln
($9.54 mln) vs profit of NZ$3.80 mln last year due to impacts of

    ** Asset Plus says its FY adjusted funds from operations
(AFFO) of NZ$4.74 mln is in line with the previous financial
year
    ** Stock down 39.2% this year, as of last close
