NZ's Asset Plus hits over one-year low on downbeat results

** Shares of Asset Plus  APL.NZ  fall as much as 3.3% to
NZ$0.290, their lowest since Oct. 19, 2020
    ** The commercial property investment co records HY total
comprehensive income after tax of NZ$2.52 mln, down from
NZ$11.53 mln last year  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nNZW5xc9ZY
    ** Says operations were hindered due to the pandemic and it
will likely take longer than anticipated to secure tenants
across its properties 
    ** Volumes are 1.7 times the 30-day average of 162,575
shares
    ** As of last close, stock down 14.3% this year
