("AssetCo" or the "Company")

Transaction in Own Shares

AssetCo announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback
programme announced on 29 September 2022 (the "Share Buyback Programme"), the
Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01
("Ordinary Shares") each through Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited ("Panmure
Gordon").

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares of £0.01 each purchased:   43,781
 Lowest price paid per share (GBp):                             68.40
 Highest price paid per share (GBp):                            68.40
 Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp):            68.40

 

The repurchased shares will be held by the Company in treasury. Following the
purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company's issued ordinary share
capital is 149,292,970 of which 192,581 of its Ordinary Shares are held in
treasury which attract no voting rights. Therefore, the total voting rights in
the Company will be 149,100,389. This figure for the total number of voting
rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No.
596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal)
Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual
trades made by Panmure Gordon as part of the Share Buyback Programme.
