Results of Annual General Meeting

 

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today in Harston, Cambridge
at 11.00 am on 24 March 2026, the company  can report that all resolutions
both Ordinary Business and Special Business were duly passed with shareholders
representing with in excess of 96% of the votes cast being in favour for all
resolutions.
