The Board of Associated British Engineering plc is currently working on the report and accounts for the period to 30 September 2020 and expects to announce these results within the extended deadlines afforded listed companies  during the pandemic that allows temporary relief for delayed publication of financial statements.
 
The Board is continuing to consider all possibilities for expanding its trading activities and lift the suspension of its listing.
