** Associated British Foods  plans to spin off Primark from its food businesses, telling investors that the fashion retailer will be better positioned to grow on its own.

** French utility Engie ENGIE.PA is in talks with the Trump administration about a possible refund for its U.S. offshore wind project leases amid the president's opposition to the technology, CEO Catherine MacGregor said.

** Turkish home appliance maker Arcelik  has agreed to sell its 60% stake in Arcelik Hitachi Home Appliances to Hitachi Global Life Solutions under a share purchase agreement, the company said on Tuesday.

** Elon Musk increased his stake in SpaceX last year by purchasing $1.4 billion worth of stock from current and former employees, The Information reported.

** Spanish gas grid operator Enagas  said it had reached an agreement with Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC to buy its 31.5% stake in French gas grid operator Terega for 573 million euros ($674.65 million).

** Swedish investment group EQT EQTAB.ST and Canadian pension fund Omers have offered to increase their investment in broadband provider Deutsche Glasfaser to nearly 5 billion euros ($5.89 billion), the Financial Times reported.
