and Accounts 2022, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022 and Form of Proxy are

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted a copy of
each of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism:

 ●    Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 17 September 2022 (in unedited
      full text format);
 ●    Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022; and
 ●    Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting 2022

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 13.8.11, the Company has also submitted a copy
of the rules of the Associated British Foods plc Restricted Share Plan 2022,
which are subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's annual
general meeting to be held on 9 December 2022, to the National Storage
Mechanism.
