In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Associated British Foods plc (the
'Company') reports that John Bason, Finance Director of the Company, is to be
appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Bloomsbury Publishing Plc with effect
from 1 April 2022.

 

Mr Bason retired as a Non-Executive Director of Compass Group PLC with effect
from 3 February 2022.
