Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') was notified today in accordance with DTR3.1.2R that Dr Wolfhart Hauser, a non-executive director of the Company, had acquired a total of 1,283 ordinary shares of 5 15/22 pence each in the Company, 556 shares at a price of 27.52 per share and 727 shares at a price of 27.33 per share.
