Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') announces that Lord Jay of Ewelme will be retiring as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 30 November 2015. 
The board thanks Lord Jay for his valued contribution whilst a member of the board.
In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Lord Jay will receive payment of fees for service up to the date of his leaving but that no other remuneration payment or payment for loss of office will be made in connection with his departure.
