Directorate Change - Update

Further to our announcement on 21 July 2022, Associated British Foods ("the
Company") announces that Eoin Tonge will join the Board of the Company on 6
February 2023 as Finance Director Designate working alongside John Bason for
a transitional period.

Eoin will take up the role as Finance Director on 29 April 2023 and John
Bason will step down as Finance Director and from the Board on 28 April 2023.
