Final dividend for the year ended 13 September 2025

Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods
plc (the 'Company') of its final results for the year ended 13 September 2025,
the Company confirms that a final dividend of 42.3 pence per share will be
paid.

The payment date for the 2025 final dividend will be 9 January 2026 and will
be paid to shareholders on the register of members as at the close of business
on 12 December 2025. The ex-dividend date for the final dividend is 11
December 2025.

The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP') which is provided
by Equiniti Financial Services Limited. The final date for receipt or
withdrawal of elections under the DRIP for the dividend will be 22 December
2025.

The DRIP enables the Company's shareholders to elect to have their cash
dividend payments used to purchase the Company's shares. More information can

Payment of the final dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at
the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 5 December 2025.
