Final dividend for the year ended 13 September 2014 
Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') of its final results for the year ended 13 September 2014, the Company confirms that a net final dividend of 24.3 pence per share will be paid on 9 January 2015 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 12 December 2014.
The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 16 December 2014.
