Interim dividend for the year ending 12 September 2015 
Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') of its interim results for the 24 weeks ended 28 February 2015, the Company confirms that a net interim dividend of 10.0 pence per share will be paid on 3 July 2015 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 5 June 2015.
The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 12 June 2015.
