Interim dividend
 
Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') of its interim results for the 24 weeks ended 3 March 2018, the Company confirms that an interim dividend of 11.70 pence per share will be paid on 6 July 2018 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 8 June 2018.
The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 15 June 2018.
