Interim dividend

Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods
plc (the 'Company') of its interim results for the 24 week period ended 5
March 2022, the Company confirms that an interim dividend of 13.8 pence per
share will be paid on 8 July 2022 to shareholders on the Company's register of
members as at the close of business on 10 June 2022. The ex-dividend date is 9
June 2022.

The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for
receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 24 June 2022.
